Electrical Distributors Association - Achievement Awards 2012
The Electrical Distributors Association's (EDA) Annual Dinner was held at the InterContinental Hotel in Park Lane, London recently. More than 450 guests attended this prestigious event.
The top right photograph above shows the awards group for the Product Knowledge Training Category, delivered by our training partner MOL. Iona Hayward of Edmundson Sudbury and Richard McCartney, recently appointed as Manager of Edmundson Morecambe, were joint winners having each achieved three distinctions on completing the Product Knowledge Workbooks.
In the front row are (left to right): Colin Gordon - Head of MOL, Robert Beck - Edmundson's Eastern Region Director, prize winner Iona Hayward, Paul Webb, Manager of Edmundson Sudbury and Tom Jones, Chairman of the EDA's Learning and Development Working Group.
In the back row are (left to right) Brian Smithers, President of the EDA, Craig Partington - Edmundson's North West Regional Director and prize winner Richard McCartney.
Edmundson also celebrated another award winner when Kimberley Walker of Edmundson Irvine was recognised for achieving the "Best Level 3 NVQ" in Business Administration.
The bottom right photograph (right to left) shows Kimberley, Gary Mason - Edmundson's Regional Director in Scotland, and Kimberley's mum, Brenda, who accompanied her to London making it a very special family occasion.
